Bahrain: Testing Capacity Increased; Over 170,000 Tests Conducted

To ensure the safety of all, the Ministry of Health has increased its testing capacity, performing more than 170,000 coronavirus tests to date. A total of 6,206 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours.

Currently, a total of 170,719 people have been tested and the total number of confirmed active cases is 2,369, amongst which 2 patients are in critical condition. Eight deaths have been recorded in total.
