The boundary walls of 13 public schools will be rebuilt as part of a move to enhance security measures. The structural condition of the walls in various schools had worsened over the years.
A tender was launched for the project with an initial bond of BD1,000. The closing date is on 28 February 2021, the Works Ministry said.
The works include internal and external painting, crack repairs, repair of ceilings and floorings, repair and replacement of doors and windows and renovation of toilets, amongst other works.
