Bahrain to witness tenth annual Korean film festival 

The 10th edition of the annual Korean movie festival will combine history and drama films based on true stories.

The festival will be hosted by the Korean embassy in Bahrain on November 22 – 24 in Seef mall cinema.

The festival will screen three movies on three consecutive days at 7 pm.

The Admiral: Roaring Currents, a movie based on the 1597 Battle of Myeongryang; Miracle: Letters to the President, a drama based on a true story of Jun Kyung, the math prodigy high school student; and The Classified File, a drama based on a real-life kidnapping case in Busan in 1978.

The opening film, The Admiral, Roaring currents, was a big box office hit and attracted more than 17 million spectators to movie theaters.

In the second movie, Miracle: Letters to the President, Park Jeong-Min and Lim Yoon-A feature as two adorable problem-solvers.

The third movie The Classified File mixes well the sense of suspense and human drama.

The tickets for the movies will be distributed on a first come first served basis every evening from November 22 to November 24 from 6 pm, one hour before the movie screening).

The ticket counter will be set inside the Seef Mall Cinema
