Bahrain: Total Active Cases Reach 3,839 with 253 new cases
The Ministry of Health confirmed that it detected 253 new coronavirus cases today, bringing the total of active cases to 3,839.
Health officials in Bahrain also confirmed 15 recoveries from the COVID-19 coronavirus today, bringing the total number of recoveries so far to 2,220 since the outbreak first began. The recovered cases have been discharged from dedicated treatment centres.
To ensure the safety of all, the Ministry of Health continues to increase its testing capacity, carrying out 8,160 tests within the past 24 hours.
Currently, a total of 211,127 people have been tested and the total number of confirmed active cases is 3839, amongst which 6 patients are in critical condition. To date, 2,220 patients have been discharged and 10 deaths have been confirmed.
