Bahrain: Total Active Coronavirus Cases Increase to 1,127

The Ministry of Health confirmed that it detected a total of 190 new coronavirus cases yesterday, bringing the total number of active cases to 1,127.

Of this, 165 cases are of expat workers, 18 cases are of contact with existing cases and 7 are related to travel abroad.

Health officials in Bahrain also confirmed a total of 56 new recoveries from the COVID-19 coronavirus yesterday, bringing the total number of recoveries so far to 1,082 since the outbreak first began.

Currently, a total of 101,667 people have been tested and the total number of confirmed active cases is 1127, amongst which 1 patient is in critical condition. To date, 1,082 patients have been discharged and 8 deaths have been confirmed.
