Bahrain Tourism launches guided tours in Souq Al Manama

The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) said that guided tours are to be launched in Souq Al Manama, where residents and tourists can explore the area’s history and heritage.

The tours will provide a unique experience to learn about the importance of Souq Al Manama in the region and its multicultural communities over the years. All tours will be given by licensed tour guides and they will start in the Bab Al Bahrain area.

The trips, one focused on Souq Al Manama’s attractions and another on the food diversity in the area, will begin on May 26 and will be held on Saturdays and Wednesdays each week. They can be easily booked through the authority’s website.
