The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has called upon all Bahraini citizens currently in Lebanon to leave ‘immediately’ as growing tensions raised fears of a new war between Israel and Lebanon’s Hezbollah movement.

The Foreign Ministry reiterated “its previous statements which warn against traveling to the Lebanese Republic as a measure to protect citizens from all dangers and ensure their safety,”

For assistance, Bahraini citizens can contact the Bahrain Embassy in Jordan 00962 65664148 or 00962 791554000.
