A new era of motoring enters the Kingdom.
Premium Chinese automotive brand, Bestune, launched its first showroom in Bahrain with Al Haddad International Motors (AHIM), its official sole authorised distributor in the Kingdom.
For a limited time, Bestune customers will benefit from a region-leading lifetime warranty, five years’ service package, VIP insurance, and more.
The acquisition is the latest in Al Haddad Group’s recent diversification in the automotive sector, following the acquisitions of Avis Car Rental and Topaz Detailing Bahrain, Mr. Warren Hudson, General Manager of Al Haddad Motors said. He added that they have additional ventures planned.
Bestune is a domestically-made independent mid-to-high –end brand under First Automobile Works (FAW) Group, the first Chinese automobile manufacturer founded in 1953.
Mr. Gowtham Sharma, General Manager of AHIM Bestune, said that this new automotive franchise will add to the success of the motoring industry in the Kingdom. They are expecting a lot more from the FAW Group and Bestune brand, he added.
In 2019, the Bestune T77 engine operated normally for 600 hours at a top speed of 5,500 RPM, making it the first automobile brand in the world to successfully make this record. By 2021, Bestune products have been distributed in over 30 countries in Latin America, Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
FAW Group also works closely with Toyota, Volkswagen, Audi, and other known multinational automobile companies.
