Coronavirus: Bahrain Announces Youngest Recovery Case
“The youngest COVID-19 recovery case in Bahrain is an 8-year-old Bahraini baby girl,” this was announced by the Ministry of Health through its official website and social media accounts.
The ministry added that the medical examinations for the child, who was infected with the virus by contacting relatives coming from Iraq, showed that her body was free of the virus after spending a period in sanitary isolation and undergoing medical supervision.
The ministry explained that the child was examined by mobile units after the symptoms indicated that she was infected with the virus. The ministry noted that all of the child’s family members were subjected to medical examinations indicating that the woman who infected the child was just discharged from health isolation after recovery.
