Coronavirus Death Toll Reaches 66 in Bahrain
The Ministry of Health announces the death of a 91-year-old male citizen from COVID-19, and expresses its condolences to the family of the deceased.
Out of 7927 tests carried out yesterday, 643 new cases have been detected among which 371 are expatriate workers, 262 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 10 are travel related. There were 443 recoveries from COVID19, increasing total recoveries to 16862.
There are currently 148 COVID-19 cases receiving treatment, of which 37 are in a critical condition. 5442 cases are stable out of a total of 5479 active cases.
