Coronavirus: Saudi Stops ‘Transit’ Trucks

The Saudi authorities decided to stop the transit of trucks on their soil to other countries as part of its measures to limit the spread of COVID-19 inside and outside the Kingdom.

The decision, found in almost all Saudi official websites, excluded food and medical supplies from this decision.

In the same regard, the Saudi health authorities obligated the truck drivers to commit a number of health measures and merchants were recommended to depend on sea and air transport, in order to quickly clear shipments.
