COVID-19: Bahrain detects 357 new cases on August 25

Out of 9,574 COVID-19 tests carried out yesterday, 357 new cases have been detected among which 117 cases are expatriate workers and 240 new cases are contacts of active cases. There were 362 recoveries, increasing total to 46,673.

There are currently 32 cases in a critical condition, and 63 cases receiving treatment. 3,185 cases are stable out of a total of 3,217 active cases.

The Ministry of Health also announced the death of an 85-year-old female citizen from COVID-19, and expresses its condolences to the family of the deceased.
