COVID-19: Bahrain reports 164 new cases and 131 recoveries

The Ministry of Health announces 131 coronavirus recoveries and 164 new active cases today.

Among the 164 new cases reported today, 94 are expatriate workers, 56 are contacts of active cases and 2 are travel related.

The Ministry of Health also recorded that 31 cases are receiving treatment, of which 7 cases are critical. 4004 cases have recovered and have been discharged so far.

Currently, the active cases are 4,322 with 267,393 people having been tested in the Kingdom. Twelve deaths have been recorded in total.
