COVID-19: Kuwait reports 900 new cases and one death

Kuwait has recorded a staggering 900 coronavirus cases over the past 24 hours while one person died of COVID-19.

The new cases raised the tally of registered infections since outbreak of the pandemic to 87,378 and deaths increased to 536, Ministry of Health spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad told the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).

Earlier, the ministry said 582 people have recovered from the virus, upping the total number of those to have overcome the disease to 78,791.
