COVID-19: Saudi Arabia reports 1,327 new cases

Saudi Arabia on Monday announced 1,327 new coronavirus cases and 28 new fatalities from the disease.

The new cases reported in the Kingdom increase the total number of people who have contracted the virus to 299,914. 

The recent fatalities raise the Kingdom’s virus-related death toll to 3,436. 

According to the Ministry of Health, 73 of the newly recorded cases were in al-Hafouf, while 65 were reported in Hail and 64 in Makkah.

There have been a further 1,432 recoveries from COVID-19, taking the total number of recoveries to 268,385.
