The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a number of drivers after a video clip was circulated on social media showing drivers obstructing traffic in the Wilayat of Shinas, North Al Batinah Governorate.
A statement issued online by ROP said :”North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command stops a number of drivers after a video clip of them was circulated on social media showing them obstructing traffic on a road in the Wilayat of Shinas. The legal procedures are being completed against them.”
