Dubai commences biggest travel, tourism convention
After more than a year of digital and hybrid events, Reed Exhibitions has returned to Dubai with Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2021, one of the first in-person international travel events since the start of the pandemic. The four-day in-person event begins today (Sunday, May 16), with a follow-up ATM Virtual event thereafter.
Taking place in Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), ATM runs until Wednesday, May 19, while ATM Virtual runs from Monday, May 24 to Wednesday, May 26. Despite lingering travel restrictions, exhibitors from 62 countries will be present.
Markets such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, UK, China, Germany, Russia, Greece, Egypt, Cyprus, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Maldives, the Philippines, Thailand and the US will all be present, with organisers calling the uptake a “major boost” for the Middle Eastern travel market.
