Oman Meteorology has issued a warning that all governorates in the Sultanate of Oman are currently affected by dust and suspended dust particles on Tuesday December 17, 2024.
This has led to a significant decrease in horizontal visibility, with Masirah station recording a visibility of only 3000 meters.
Residents are advised to take necessary precautions, especially those with respiratory issues, and to avoid outdoor activities during periods of high dust concentration.
