Dubai residents can now enjoy -8°C spot at Dubai Garden Glow, which opened to the public on Tuesday. Visitors can now enjoy a freezing temperatures, over 100 animatronics dinosaurs roaring on display and a glow park filled with creative installations made of luminous recycled fabrics and 10 million (energy saving) LED lights.
Paying tribute to nature, Dubai Garden Glow showcases creative installations designed by over 500 artists from around the world, conveying the message of ‘conserving energy, wildlife preservation and reducing wastage’. Its focus this year is on happiness.
Visitors can also expect an array of other new attractions such as Happy Forest, Candy World and Happiness Street. Eng. Juma Al Fuqae, Director of Assets Management Department, said the ice park is in the third zone of Dubai Garden Glow, located at Zaabeel Park, which was added this year along with the Dinosaur Park that inaugurated in 2016.
