Fire Outbreak At Oil Concession Area in Oman

Oman’s Public Authority of Civil Defense and Ambulance (PACDA), issued a statement about the outbreak of a fire in one of the oil concession areas in the Dhahirah Governorate.

The statement issued online by PACDA clarified: “The Authority confirms the occurrence of a fire in petroleum waste and the company’s firefighting teams were able to control the fire without registering any injuries.”

This clarification was issued by the Public Authority due to news of the fire being circulated on social media.
