Dubai-based carrier flydubai has unveiled a new Business Class check-in facility at Terminal 2, Dubai International (DXB).

The dedicated space offers Business Class passengers a personalised Meet and Assist service, seated check-in, and Fast Track access through passport control and security lanes.

Located near Entrance 3 in the Departures area, this is flydubai’s first dedicated check-in facility for Business Class passengers. The new area aims to enhance the preflight experience and demonstrates the carrier’s commitment to improving customer service.

Flydubai’s enhanced Business Class experience

“We are excited to be extending to our Business Class customers the personalised service we offer them in our cabin on the ground as well. The new service will ensure our customers’ journey is efficient, hassle-free and enjoyable from the minute they arrive at Terminal 2 until they reach their destination. We continue to listen to our customers’ needs and invest in enhancing our products and services and we hope this is the first of many,” Ghaith Al Ghaith, Chief Executive Officer at flydubai said.

The check-in area’s design draws inspiration from desert dunes, featuring sweeping arches and warm tones.

The experience begins before passengers arrive at the terminal, with a dedicated Business Team available for enquiries. A separate kerbside drop-off area and entrance have been allocated for Business Class check-in.

Upon arrival, passengers receive a personalised Meet and Assist service from a Business Team member and complimentary porter service.

The check-in area offers a quiet space for relaxation, traditional Arabic hospitality, and a smooth check-in process.

Business Class passengers are then accompanied to the flydubai Business Lounge, benefiting from Fast Track service through e-gates or passport control and security lanes.

The new facility is available to all flydubai Business Class customers travelling from Terminal 2, including those who upgrade prior to check-in.

flydubai currently operates a network of more than 125 destinations across 55 countries, with a fleet of 88 Boeing 737 aircraft. The carrier has established over 90 new routes previously lacking direct air links to Dubai.
