BAHRAIN – 18 December 2025 – Ford Middle East and North Africa has officially unveiled the 2026 Ford Everest at the Liwa International Festival. The debut highlights a Middle East-exclusive 2.7L V6 EcoBoost engine and the region’s newest off-road-focused variant, the Everest Tremor. Revealed before a crowd of festivalgoers and off-road enthusiasts, the Everest V6 brings a new level of power and capability to a nameplate engineered for the region’s demanding environments.
“The unveiling of the 2026 Ford Everest marks a new chapter for Ford in the region under our ‘Ready. Set. Ford.’ direction,” said Ravi Ravichandran, President of Ford Middle East and North Africa. “For more than 40 years, we’ve listened to our customers across the Middle East. The new Everest reflects exactly what they expect from a modern SUV: capability, everyday comfort, and advanced technology—ready for the city, the highway, and the dunes.”

A Middle East-Exclusive V6 Engine
Developed to meet the specific needs of regional drivers, the 2.7L V6 EcoBoost engine delivers 355 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque. Paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission, the powertrain provides robust capability for confident off-road adventures. Its projected class-leading power and torque figures position it as a formidable competitor in the segment.
The 2026 Everest lineup will now include the Active, Sport, Platinum, and the all-new Tremor variants, providing customers with more choices and V6 performance across the range.
Introducing the Everest Tremor
The Everest Tremor, making its regional debut at Liwa, is a dedicated off-road variant engineered for those who prioritize adventure-ready hardware. Key enhancements include:
- 17-inch all-terrain tires for superior grip.
- Bilstein Suspension for enhanced durability and comfort on rugged trails.
The Everest Tremor joins Ford’s growing family of Tremor vehicles in the region, alongside the F-150 Tremor and Expedition Tremor, extending high-performance off-road capability to families seeking versatility for both daily life and weekend exploration.


“Ready. Set. Ford.”: A New Brand Identity
Ford also utilized the festival to introduce “Ready. Set. Ford.”, the brand’s new identity in the region. More than just a tagline, it serves as an invitation to embrace every journey with energy and purpose. It reflects Ford’s belief that life is an adventure and reinforces the brand’s focus on delivering capability that meets real-world customer needs.
