Bahrain launches Al Tajer, a single-window app for business owners

This first-of-its-kind application connects business owners to eServices by different Government entities

The Ministry of Industry & Commerce (MoIC) recently launched Al-Tajer, a first-of-its-kind mobile application to link commercial registrations (CR) holders to government entities in the Kingdom for business solutions. The one-stop application enables business owners to access multiple services in a single transaction.

This single-window application, developed by the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) connects business owners with entities like the MoIC, the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), Social Insurance Organization (SIO), the Electricity and Water Authority Affairs (EWA), Tender Board, and the Labour Fund (Tamkeen).

The application is the latest addition to the Kingdom’s digital transformation strategy as part of its Economic Recovery Plan. Business owners can avail of CR management features along with Labour Market services, social insurance contributions, and EWA bill-related services. They can access key information related to tenders and seek enterprise support services offered by Tamkeen.

It provides a wide range of features and eServices related to CR management, Labor Market services, social insurance contributions, and EWA bills, in addition to key information related to tenders and enterprise support services offered by Tamkeen.
