Eight expats have been arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) and a ship loaded with large quantities of diesel fuel has been seized in the Sultanate of Oman.
ROP said in a statement: “Coast Guard police boats in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate arrested eight expatriates on a wooden ship while they were trying to smuggle large quantities of diesel fuel. The legal procedures are being completed against them.”
