Group arrested for attempting illegal entry in Oman

The Royal Oman Police (ROP), has arrested a group of people for attempting to enter the Sultanate illegally.

A statement issued online by the ROP said: “Coast Guard Police stopped a boat 5 nautical miles from the wilayat of Shinas with 22 people of Asian nationality on board. Legal procedures will be completed against them.”
