SABIS® Integrated Learning System™ (ILS™)
The International School of Choueifat Manama implemented the SABIS Integrated Learning System, promoting real-time learning and student independence. This platform enables teachers to monitor progress and adjust instruction while empowering students to own their learning, improving academic tracking and boosting confidence.

Please share a brief background of your innovation.
ILS™ was designed to support both students and teachers by promoting real-time learning, developing independent learners, and ensuring the learning cycle is complete in each lesson. It empowers students to take ownership of their learning while enabling teachers to monitor progress and adjust instruction accordingly.

The system’s ability to provide real-time data has also improved academic tracking and intervention. Feedback from educators and students has been overwhelmingly positive, with many highlighting the system’s role in boosting student confidence and academic performance.

In hindsight, what were the most valuable lessons learned while implementing the innovation? Could things have been done differently?
One of the most important lessons learned was the value of ongoing training and support.
