More illegal workers have been arrested and are now facing deportation proceedings as a result of the government’s intensified campaign to maintain the labour market’s stability.
The individuals arrested were found to have committed a number of violations related to the provisions of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) Law and the Residence Law in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The authority said that it will organise weekly inspection campaigns in cooperation with the NPRA and relevant government agencies
