Saudi Arabia reports 102 new COVID-19 cases, 6 deaths

Saudi Arabia on Friday announced 102 new COVID-19 cases and six virus-related deaths.

Of the new cases, 38 were recorded in Riyadh, 19 in Makkah, seven each in the Eastern Province, Jazan, and Madinah, four each in Asir and Najran, three in Tabuk, and two each in Al-Jouf, Northern Borders region, Hail, and Al-Baha.

The total number of recoveries in the Kingdom increased to 534,908 after 74 more patients recovered from the virus.

A total of 8,610 people have succumbed to the virus in the Kingdom so far.

Over 39 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered in the Kingdom to date.
