Kuwait approves visa for new domestic workers
The Parliamentary Interior and Defense Committee approved the proposal submitted by the Secretary of the National Assembly representative Farz Al-Daihani to open visas for domestic workers, while adhering to the standards and requirements of the Ministry of Health.
Al-Daihani’s proposal stipulated that there is urgent need of domestic workers for Kuwaiti families specially for people with special needs, disabled individuals, elderly as most families work in which fathers and mothers need for domestic workers is urgent.
The government has allowed entry of all workers stuck abroad, domestic or private workers.
