Cost of expat work permits reduced for Omani companies

Bringing expatriate workers into the country, and renewing the work visas of foreign workers already in Oman will cost OMR 201 until the end of the year, compared to the previous charge of OMR 301. 

The Ministry of Labour has announced it will be “reducing fees for renewal of non-Omani work permits, starting from the present date until the end of December 2020, with the fees becoming OMR 201 instead of OMR 301.
