The Ministry of the Interior affirmed there is no leniency in applying the administrative deportation order for any expatriate who drives a car without a license.

“Based on the keenness of the security establishment to enforce laws and impose traffic discipline on the road, and in light of the role played by the General Traffic Department in maintaining the safety of road users and achieving traffic safety, any expatriate who is caught driving a vehicle without a license will be deported from the country,” Al-Rai daily reported.
