Kuwait extends gap between two doses of COVID-19 vaccine

Kuwait decided to extend the interval between the two doses of vaccines due to delayed exports.

The gap between two doses of the Pfizer vaccine will be increased to six weeks but for those above the age of 60 and those suffering from chronic diseases, the interval would remain 3 weeks.

This will apply to everyone who will receive the first dose of the (Pfizer/Biontech) vaccine on or after Monday, May 3, 2021.
