Kuwait’s Ministry of Interior said it would extend by up to three months expatriates’ residency permits and visas that expire in June.
Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Anas Al Saleh signed resolution No. 444 that would extend residency permits and visas for three months starting June 1 until August 31, the ministry’s security media department said in a statement, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
The initiative was adopted amidst exceptional circumstances caused by the spread of the coronavirus, it added.
