The Minister of Education, Dr. Ali Al Mudhaf, announced on Wednesday that all schools and educational institutions will continue e-learning for the second semester of the 2020/2021 academic year.
The announcement came as Kuwait is witnessing a surge in COVID-19 cases and is enforcing new measures to curb the spread of the virus.
After the decision was announced, MP Osama Al Shaheen called on the Ministry of Education to reduce school fees.
