Kuwait seizes over 200 bundles of tobacco and ‘paan’
Customs officers at the Shuwaikh Port have seized a large quantity of tobacco, reports Al- Rai daily.
The contraband was hidden inside a 20- foot container. The bill associated with the container indicated the contents of the shipment as clothes, pillows, and bedspreads.
When the customs inspectors searched the cargo thoroughly, they found 223 cartons of banned tobacco products, and ‘paan’ (betel leaves).
