Kuwait to launch 1st edition of Winter Wonderland
Kuwait is preparing to launch the first edition of Winter Wonderland at Shaab Park on Dec 1, featuring 28 games for all age groups, including action, children and family games, reports Al-Qabas daily.
This is in addition to various recreational activities and a theatre that can accommodate 1,200 people for entertainment and family shows. Shaab Park is one of the important sites under the management of Tourism Enterprises Company (TEC).
The site is currently untapped and it was chosen as the venue for the ‘Winter Wonderland Kuwait’ this year, as it has the necessary infrastructure for such an event. This is in line with the goal to effectively utilize the winter season this year until the main goal is achieved — equipping a huge site to accommodate the locals and visitors.
