Kuwaitis need KD1000 minimum salary to recruit OFWs
Kuwaiti citizens intending to recruit Filipino domestic workers need a minimum salary of KD 1000 for a family of three members, Arabic daily Al Jarida reported.
Families with more than 3 members and up to 5 members would have to show salary certificates of KD 1500. Meanwhile, families with more than 5 members should have a minimum income of KD 2000.
The new conditions were put in place by the Philippine Embassy.
