Although James Maddison reduced the deficit for Tottenham, Szoboszlai scored another in first-half injury time. Liverpool continued their dominance in the second half as Salah scored two more goals.
Despite efforts from Kulusevski and Solanke for Tottenham, Díaz sealed the result with another goal for Liverpool.
With this win, Liverpool moved to 39 points at the top of the Premier League table, four points ahead of second-placed Chelsea, who were held to a goalless draw by Everton.
Tottenham remain in 11th place with 23 points.
