Oman: 48-year-old expat dies due to coronavirus

Another death was registered in Oman due to coronavirus on Sunday.

A 48-year-old resident died due to coronavirus, Ministry of Health said. “This is the 22nd death case reported in the country,” MOH added.

Oman on Sunday registered 157 new cases of the novel coronavirus, bringing to 5186 the country’s overall infections.

The newly diagnosed cases include 81 Omanis and 76 expats, the ministry said.
