Oman foils a drug smuggling operation

The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has foiled an attempt to smuggle 79 kilograms of crystal drug into the Sultanate of Oman by four smugglers.

ROP said in a statement :”The Directorate General for Combating Drugs and Psychotropic Substance , in cooperation with the Coast Guard Police, has arrested four suspects of Asian nationalities for attempting to smuggle 79 kilograms of crystal drug. The legal procedures against them are being completed.”
