The Oman Ministry of Health reported 1,035 new Covid-19 cases and 14 deaths on Saturday, according to Oman News Agency (ONA).
This brings the total number of positive Covid-19 cases to 176,668 and the total number of Covid-19-related death cases reached 1,821, the Ministry said.
No information was provided on the ages of those who died or if they suffered any pre-existing conditions.
An additional 1,200 new recoveries have been reported, bringing the total number of recoveries to 156,845.
