Oman reports 1,318 new coronavirus cases, 9 deaths

The Ministry of Health has registered 1318 new coronavirus cases in Oman on Sunday.

Among those, 309 new cases were of expats and 1009 of Omanis.

The total cases in the country has now touched 56,015, including 36,098 recoveries and 257 deaths, according to MOH.

The ministry urged everyone to adhere to social distancing instructions issued by the Supreme Committee and the MOH, as well as staying at home and not going out unless necessary.
