Qatar registers 267 new coronavirus cases, 1 death
Qatar today recorded 267 new coronavirus cases during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of confirmed infections in the country to 110,686.
One people has died from the virus, taking the country’s death tally to 178, according to the latest coronavirus update announced by the Ministry of Public Health on Wednesday.
A further of 285 recoveries have been reported in the last 24 hours, raising the total number of recovered cases to 108,539.
The ministry conducted 2,931 PCR tests for COVID-19 over the past 24 hours, taking the total number of people tested to 508,079. There are 3,088 active cases, including 389 critical and 75 serious cases under intensive care.
