Qatar reports 175 new coronavirus cases, 194 recoveries

The Qatar health ministry on Saturday, October 3, reported 175 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 194 recoveries. One death was recorded in the country as a result of the illness.

This takes the total recoveries in the country to 123,302, while the death tally remains at 216.

As many as 5,200 people were tested for Covid-19 over the last 24 hours, taking the total to 791,424.

There are 2,821 active cases in the country, of which 386 are in acute hospital care.
