Bahrain records 117 new cases and 125 recoveries

Out of 16,849 COVID-19 tests carried out on 1 August 2021, 117 new cases have been detected among 46 expatriate workers, 58 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 13 travel related. There were 125 recoveries from COVID-19, increasing total recoveries to 266,921.

There are currently 3 COVID-19 cases in a critical condition, and 3 cases receiving treatment. 995 are stable out of a total of 998 active cases.
