Saudi Arabia: 10-days sick leave for COVID-19 infected students

Saudi Arabia will give COVID-19 infected students 10 days of sick leave, Minister of Education, Dr. Hamad Al-Sheikh, clarified ahead of students returning to school early next week.

He also revealed that 93% of public school students have already received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccines.

This comes as the Saudi Ministry of Education issued the preventive guidelines for students to return to in-person session at schools.
