Saudi Arabia calls on Muslims to sight Dhu Al-Hijjah on Friday evening

The Saudi Supreme Court has called on all Muslims throughout the Kingdom to sight the crescent of the month of Dhu Al-Hijjah on Friday evening, Dhu-AlQa’dah 29, 1442 AH, corresponding to 9 July 2021.

In a statement posted by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Supreme Court called on whoever sights the crescent by naked eyes or by using telescopes to report to the nearest court or report to the nearest center.
