Kuwait reports 962 coronavirus cases

Kuwait has today confirmed  962 new COVID-19 infections over the past 24 hours, raising the total  170998  cases.

Health Ministry Official Spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said that two virus-infected patients had passed away, bringing the deah toll to 966. 

The number of people hospitalised with the virus currently stands at 445 , with 70 of them in intensive care units,

A total of 539infected patients had recovered from the virus, raising the overall tally to 161538. The health authorities conducted  9409swab tests, according to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
