Saudi Arabia launches water, environment projects in Makkah
Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, launched on Sunday 72 water and environment projects in Makkah at a cost of more than SR15 billion.
The projects include five for desalinated water transmission, at a cost of more than SR6 billion, and five other projects for the production and storage of desalinated water, at a cost exceeding 4.9 billion.
