Saudi Arabia postpones sporting, recreational events until Monday

All recreational and sporting events in the Kingdom have been suspended until Monday, May 16, following the death of the UAE late president, the Ministries of Culture, Tourism, Sports, and the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) announced.

This includes the Kadim Al Sahir and Zena Emad concert, which was scheduled for Friday. “The new date of the event and the mechanism for refunding the amount of tickets for those who wish to have it will be announced soon,” the Ministry of Culture said.

The Ministry of Tourism also announced the suspension of all tourism events and activities until Monday.
